General Service Questions

What types of cleaning services do you offer? 

We offer deep cleaning, general cleaning, organizing, purging, laundry, commercial cleaning etc., and can customize any cleaning to your needs.

 

Do you provide one time cleans or do I need to commit to a regular schedule?

We offer both one time cleans & routine maintenance. You may schedule any cleaning by the hour where prices are listed alongside each time windows. We offer À La Carte as well for those who need only specific areas serviced. 

 

How long does a typical cleaning take?

Service times vary based on many factors, however we recommend starting with a 4-6 HR deep clean & we can schedule to return regularly for maintenance or additional deep cleans if needed.

 

Can I request specific cleaning tasks or focus areas?

Yes! We’ll take care of any specific requests & cover those once the appointment is scheduled & confirm during the walk through at the beginning of the service.

 

Do you offer move in/move out cleans or post construction service?
Yes we do!

 

What’s included in a standard cleaning vs a deep clean?

Our routine maintenance cleans cover any areas we’ve previously deep cleaned & save you on service time depending on frequency. A space that’s been deep cleaned within 30 days of the scheduled maintenance may not need as deep of a scrub the second or third visit, so maintaining the clean should take less time. However the services included are at your discretion, just communicate what to include or skip anytime.

 

Do you clean commercial properties as well as residential?

What if I have pets?

We love your furry family members & ask that you use your judgement to keep everyone safe. If pets are nervous with new visitors, just let us know beforehand and we can plan accordingly.

 

Products & Equipment

 

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies & equipment?

Yes! We bring everything for the job & ask clients to provide paper towels & trash bags. If there are specific products or equipment you prefer we use, we're happy to do so as well.

Are your products eco-friendly or non-toxic?

Most of our products are non-toxic & "green". However, there are industrial grade products we'll sometimes pull when necessary for tougher jobs. All products are professional grade & eco-friendly.

 

Will I have the same cleaner every time?

Yes! If ever your housekeeper isn't available, you'll be given the option to reschedule.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you may leave a key or door code, however you're welcome to stay home as well, whatever is most comfortable for you.

What do I do if something gets damaged during cleaning?

We're very careful to always follow the guidelines & manufacturers instructions of all products/tools, & we communicate/document all existing damage/wear & tear on site. With that being said, accidents happen & we are insured for that reason. If ever we damage something, we'll communicate this & document it accordingly, & work together on a resolution to make it right. We ask that any concerns be addressed within 24 hrs of the visit, so that we can resolve & correct any issue in a timely manner.

How do you ensure the safety of my home & belongings?

We are a team of two professional cleaners & don't run the same risk as large cleaning companies with dozens of employees & high turnover. We independently own & operate our business together & work closely with our clients to guarantee their needs are met, to ensure they're comfortable trusting us with their homes, & we believe that good business practices are key for retaining & gaining clients.

How do I provide feedback or request changes after a cleaning?

Easy! You can talk to us at any time of the service or shoot a text afterwords. We're here for YOU & will always work to ensure you're satisfied with our service.

Pricing & Payment

Do you charge by the hour or the job?

Both! We offer hourly rates as well as À La Carte services, conveniently priced on our booking link 

Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?

All prices are disclosed on our site, where you'll see the $15 travel fee add on for visits outside of Jefferson or Bullitt County. Simply add the travel fee option if it applies, and it'll be added to your total. No surprise fees, you'll see your total upon booking.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, cash app, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Cash as well as GlossGenius processing (Gloss processing includes a 3.5% merchant fee).
